Who we are

This website is run by MusselPro Mühendislik Ltd., registered in Istanbul, Türkiye, with a sales office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The company trades under two names: Moorix Marine Systems installs, and mussel.pro designs. These terms apply when you use the site; how we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

The information on this site

The methods, comparison tables and figures from past jobs on this site are general information to help you judge whether screw anchors suit your site. They are not an engineering design for your project and do not guarantee a holding capacity. The capacity of your anchors comes from the design for your site and from the torque recorded as each anchor goes in, with a pull test where the project calls for one.

Enquiries and proposals

The information on this site is not an offer to enter into a contract. Sending the estimate form does not create a contract, and our reply and any proposal bind neither side until both sign a written agreement or purchase order.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to gain unauthorised access to it, overload it, or send malware or spam through it. Search engines and AI crawlers, including those that train models, may read and index the public pages, as set out in robots.txt.

Content and names

The text, photographs, drawings and film on this site belong to MusselPro Mühendislik Ltd. or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright law (in Türkiye, Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works). You may quote the text and link to any page with a credit to Moorix Marine Systems; ask us before reusing photographs, drawings or film. MusselPro Mühendislik Ltd. uses the names “Moorix Marine Systems”, “Moorix” and “mussel.pro”.

Links to other sites, such as YouTube or LinkedIn, are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the site’s general information in place of a design for your site. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that mandatory law does not allow us to limit.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes between merchants, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are unaffected, including your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live.
